KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor for our play school located in Gurgaon.

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in the enrollment process, interacting with parents and guardians to provide information about our play school and guide them through the admission process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct informational sessions for parents to showcase the features and benefits of our play school.
• Provide detailed information about the curriculum, facilities, and extracurricular activities to parents.
• Guide parents through the admission process, explaining required documents and procedures.
• Conduct tours of the play school for prospective parents, highlighting key features and facilities.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure a smooth admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Stay informed about the play school's policies, programs, and updates to address parent queries effectively.
• Participate in admission events and promotional activities to attract prospective parents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with parents and create a positive first impression.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Familiarity with admission processes and documentation requirements.
• Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for working with young children.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
• Proficient computer skills for maintaining records and communication.

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus
