Role Description
Deutsche Bank is seeking an individual to join the eDiscovery Services team.

The team is responsible for the Bank's data retrieval, retention, and transfer of electronically stored information to internal requestors and external third parties to meet legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.

This role has a direct impact on the Bank's ability to respond to legal, regulatory, and human resource investigations and in turn the bank's reputation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Understand the strategic direction of eDiscovery Services to ensure new capabilities meet business needs.
  • Provide endtoend Business / 'value stream' oversight to prevent siloed thinking & delivery and to ensure the full fronttoback business process is understood. For example, where Business processes are initiated/completed in the 1st line or where they may start/end in another 2nd line function.
  • Work closely with eDiscovery Business Process Owners to articulate clear business problem statements, vet designs, formulate specification documents, conduct feasibility studies, develop prototype models, write standard operating procedures, and deliver solutions with the end in mind.
  • Partner with solution implementation partners including DB internal and vendor teams in the assessment of capabilities, solutions planning and delivery.
  • Able to influence the scope and direction of initiatives across multiple levels of management and organizational boundaries.
  • Manage and leading complex IT projects to successful completion. Including experience with the delivery of Robotics Process Automation, ChatBots and citizen development led implementations.
  • Strong acumen and leadership experience manage /lead teams of varying functions and projects. Including experience with People Management on global teams.
  • Effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies, and either resolve them or escalate as appropriate.
  • Communicate with and positively influence project stakeholders and team members.
  • Drive consistent implementation of process that embraces the Agile mindset where the emphasis is on short iterations, rapid development and frequent verification and validation of deliverables. Develop, maintain, and improve processes and procedures.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or ITrelated and/or equivalent combination of education or work/experience.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience with proven track record of acting as a valued IT business partner to senior leadership.
  • CSM certification required, PMP, PMI ACP certifications nice to have
- eDiscovery experience (preferred)

  • Proven experience with the implementation of Robotics Process Automation solutions for business users and experience of a culture of innovation.
  • Strong experience with the full software development lifecycle and software development methodologies (Agile)
  • Experience as functional analyst, project manager, and change/risk manager in an enterprisetechnology environment, ideally as complex as DB.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving experience and ability to provide insights and solutions.
  • Experienced people leader with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong experience with product backlog management, risk management, stakeholder's management, release management and conflict resolution
  • Able to positively influence and motivate project stakeholders and team members through strong dialogue, facilitation, and persuasiveness.
  • Selfmotivated and flexible to work autonomously coupled with the ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrix/global organization including the appreciation of different cultures.
  • Selfstarter, with the demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products.
