    Description

    Job Summary

    The Research Analyst in the Strategic Market Access team is expected to work with other analysts and consultants to deliver a range of evidence-generation and strategic projects to support OPEN Health's clients who positively impact science, medicine, and patients' lives

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conducting targeted literature reviews, systematic literature reviews, and landscape assessments to support launches (global and local health technology assessment and market access)
    • Drafting systematic review protocols as well as other project deliverables including discussion guides, value decks, global value dossiers, review reports, and publications under the guidance of senior team members
    • Coordinating and participating in qualitative interviews with payers, clinicians, patients, and other stakeholders for market research and insight gathering
    • Synthesizing data from multiple sources using creative and innovative approaches
    • Supporting the development of compelling slide decks that deliver actionable insights
    • Creating and managing reference/citation databases using various software packages

    Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

    • Master's degree + in health policy, public health, health services research, health administration, health economics, or any other related sciences
    • Experience conducting systematic literature reviews is preferred
    • Solid understanding of different payer archetypes, health technology assessment, and market access
    • Superior communication skills and the ability to question the status quo
    • Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships within OPEN Health and external stakeholders
    • Solid communication ability both verbally and in writing (preferably experience in publications or systematic review reports)
    • Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities and ensure that promises are kept and expectations are exceeded
    • Good understanding of reference software (Endnote)
    • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Travel Requirements

    • Role based in Bengaluru, India (preferred). Can be remote/hybrid after an initial period in the office
    • International and domestic as required for team and client meetings/conferences as required by business needs
