Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAAS Sales & Support Executive to join our team. As a Sales & Support Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will play a crucial role in generating new business, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide product demonstrations to potential customers.
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide technical and customer support to existing customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Provide regular reporting on sales and customer support activities.
Stay in regular contact with customers to keep them advised of the status of the inquiry.

Job Requirements:

1.Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical knowledge of software products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with social media marketing, including developing and implementing a LinkedIn strategy.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams, as needed, to achieve goals.
Sales funnel development and execution.
Product analysis and review.
