Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAAS Sales & Support Executive to join our team. As a Sales & Support Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will play a crucial role in generating new business, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide technical and customer support to existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Provide regular reporting on sales and customer support activities.
- Stay in regular contact with customers to keep them advised of the status of the inquiry.
Job Requirements:
- 1.Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of software products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, including developing and implementing a LinkedIn strategy.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams, as needed, to achieve goals.
- Sales funnel development and execution.
- Product analysis and review.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
