Description

Job Profile:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write vacancy description for current openings
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and professionals networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Implement employee referral programs
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Conduct Interview Experience Survey
  • Help new hires onboard.

Preferred Education:


  • Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource/MBA

Must-have Work Experience:


  • Proven work experience as IT Recruiter
  • Solid understanding of fullcycle recruiting
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Degree in HR, communications, marketing, business.technology

Preferred Skill Set:


  • MIS Preparation
  • Excellent Communication (Both Verbal and Written)

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
