  • MBA HR / Any graduate:

  • 5+ yrs relevant experience

  • Payroll & compensations
  • Induction & onboarding
  • HR policies and manual
  • Employee engagement
  • Statutory compliance
  • Exit formalities

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment
  • MBA /Graduate in Human Resources Management,

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience : 5+ years.

Salary:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
