Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator develops, organizes and manages the domestic and international transportation functions for PolyOne facilities and warehouse locations. Individual will also assist with the warehouse replenishment and inventory management functions for company facilities and warehouses.
Essential Functions
- Work with Company computer system to review shipping orders and release documentation to Company facilities and warehouses so orders can be shipped on a timely basis.
- Required daily interactions with: Custom Hose Agent, Forwarder, Consultant, Transporters, all levels of Company management, other employees, customers.
- Arrange Transportation for Import & Export shipments.
ii. Daily Inbound & Outbound shipments and procedures to Company facilities and warehouses.
iii. Prepare Paperwork & co-ordination for to validate documents, filing for Imports.
- Arrange Transportation for International Shipments.
ii. Scheduling of international shipments with Freight Forwarders, Steamship Lines and Express Companies & custom house Agents.
iii. Prepare shipping documentation & co-ordinate with service provider for bills for processing in SAP & payments.

Reporting:
i. Generate and Monitor Vendor Complaints; enter Vendor Complaint, obtain.
ii. corrective action information and enter details in database to close complaint.
iii. Preparation of reporting the tracking of Shipments From / To company locations.
iv. Preparation of EPCG obtaining report on Monthly Basis.

Inventories
i. Coordinate with Laboratory for sample materials & also for RM related import.
ii. & Export shipments.
iii. Working in close coordination with Department Supervisor, in order to ensure
iv. Customer Orders can be shipped complete and on a timely basis.
- Work with Department Supervisor to maintain approved carrier list and ensure that all shipments are transported via these approved carriers.
- Other projects/duties as assigned or needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
- Bachelors in any Discipline.
- Professional work experience more than 3 years for similar role.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong competencies in MS-Office, Specially Excel
- Macro Developments, SAP.

- Requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time, talking and listening.
- Must be able to walk and use hands.
- Typical work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.

₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
