Responsibilities:


  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target potential leads, prospects, and key decisionmakers within defined industries and segments.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn outreach strategy to engage and nurture leads through personalized messages, InMails, and connection requests.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align LinkedIn campaigns with overall marketing goals, content strategy, and brand guidelines.
  • Engage and send messages to prospects to generate interest, drive engagement, and establish thought leadership.
  • Build and manage a network of connections, continuously expanding our reach and influence within the target market.
  • Monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make datadriven improvements.
  • Stay uptodate with LinkedIn's features, updates, and best practices to maximize the platform's potential for lead generation and brand exposure.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of LinkedIn campaigns, highlighting key achievements and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate warm introductions, share insights, and contribute to the conversion of leads into customers.
  • Research and identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to finetune the LinkedIn outreach strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of broader marketing strategies and initiatives based on insights gained from LinkedIn Sales Navigator activities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
  • Indepth understanding of LinkedIn's platform, features, and best practices.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messages for different target audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic adjustments.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative approaches to engage with potential leads.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools for tracking and managing leads.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a passion for driving measurable impact through LinkedIn outreach.

Salary:
₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
