    Description

    Job Title: Social Media Manager

    Location : Saket

    Job Description:

    As a Social Media Manager with years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy. You will create, curate, and manage compelling content to engage our target audience and promote our brand. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, analysing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and making data-driven recommendations. We are looking for a candidate with interest in Sports be it Cricket, Football or any other game.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Social Media Strategy:

    Develop and execute a strategic social media plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Work on monthly social calendar.

    Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of social media campaigns.

    2. Content Creation and Curation:

    Create high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, ) to build brand awareness and drive user engagement. Copy writing skills are must.

    Curate relevant and shareable content from industry sources to maintain a consistent posting schedule. This role will require to act as a host for some brand videos.

    3. Community Management:

    Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms promptly and professionally.

    Foster a sense of community among our followers by engaging in meaningful conversations and providing exceptional customer service.

    4. Analytics and Reporting:

    Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.

    Prepare regular reports that provide insights into engagement, reach, and other relevant KPIs to make data-driven improvements.

    5. Trend Analysis:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.

    Adapt strategies and content to leverage emerging opportunities and navigate challenges.

    6. Collaborations and Partnerships with Influencers

    Identify and foster relationships with influencers, industry partners, and collaborators for co-promotions and campaigns.

    Work on influencer campaign concept notes, scripts & poses camera facing skills.

    7. Compliance and Risk Management:

    Ensure all social media content and practices comply with relevant regulations, including privacy and advertising standards. Setting up guidelines internally for every channel of social media.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    3-4 years of proven experience in social media management. Campaign management and Performance Marketing.

    Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh, engaging content.

    Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics.

    Strong project management and organizational skills.

    Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus, Cricket Knowledge is a plus plus.

    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing digital landscape.
