    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing social media campaigns, developing a content strategy, creating engaging content, optimizing social media posts, and monitoring social media analytics. The manager will also be responsible for communicating with clients and team members and providing regular reports.

    Responsibilities

    · Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets and recent trends

    · Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality engaging content

    · Write, Edit, and Publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Instagram &Twitter

    · Improving and adjusting copy based on reactions by the readers on social media.

    · Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience's behaviours

    · Track and report on Social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, DM's, conversion rates)

    · Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content

    · Liaise with the designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

    · Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews, and organize chats and Q&A

    sessions.

    · Design & Measure the success of every social media campaign

    · Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI

    · Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest Content optimization

    · Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network

    · Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
