Project Coordinator [Fresher] - Medstry Healthcare


Medstry Healthcare is a passionate healthcare startup on a mission to create a fair, high-quality, and affordable healthcare system in India. Founded in 2019, we're a fast-growing company with a focus on innovation and collaboration. We work with top pharma in the company helping them penetrate the non-metro market.

This role is great for people who recently graduated.

You need to be great in verbal communication and know how to use Excel, Powerpoint, and Word, and know how to make MIS.

The salary range for this role is between 15,000-30,000 based on your experience and skill set. The better your skills, the higher the pay.

Please note:
We will require you to come down to the HQ in Faridabad for work. Once you are settled in we can consider a hybrid set up.


About You:

• Bachelor's degree (engineering degree preferred)
• Between 12 years of project coordination experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned healthcare projects
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including field sales force, pharmaceutical clients, and partner agencies
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Track project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks
• Prepare comprehensive reports to measure project effectiveness and client satisfaction
• Ensure all projects meet company standards and client expectations
