• The specialist will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers, develop and manage the telesales pipeline.
• Conduct 'Need analysis' by calling with clients.
• Telecommunications, Telephonic sales, Telephonic CTA confirmation
• Research contact details and create client and company profiles on the CRM.
• Identify potential customers and develop sales strategies to target and convert them.
• Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients virtually.
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential clients.
• Followup timely with clients to ensure successful deal closures
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead and revenue generation targets
