Job Purpose

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Ensure timely resolution of issues within the specified TATs as per the severity definitions agreed with IT partners.
Application Maintenance as per ITIL governance

Incidents, Requests, Configurations & Change Management

Capacity, High Availability, performance & Backup Management
Access, Security & Privacy Controls adherence
Create a business partnership and ensure close cooperation between the respective business area
Periodic review of the operations Processes, Troubleshooting guides & introduce automation for errorfree delivery & minimum service interruptions

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Strong understanding of Telecom Networks & IT services
Strong E2E Operations Skills
Strong analytical skills & Interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present ideas & performance in a businessfriendly and userfriendly language
Ability to govern cross functional teams (both within Vi and partners)

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Establish strong and failproof production management processes, standards, quality benchmarks and acceptance criteria with key IT vendors like IBM, TCS, HP and others
SLA monitoring and enforcement
CSAT Score
Drive Customer First Agenda (Internal customer satisfaction).
Statutory compliances ensuring no nonconformance
