Job Role:

  • Track follow up and process EDI enrollment agreements. This will be their primary focus.
  • Complete enrollment admin task within the eMEDIX enrollment tool.
  • Attend meetings and professional development training.
  • Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from your respective department.
  • Perform indepth research and analysis as needed.
  • Adhere to deadlines, assigned metrics and SLA's
  • Understand and live our values.

Profile Qualification:

  • Prior experience working in EDI or payer enrollment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to work in night shift.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Familiarity with EDI standards and processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
