Responsibilities

  • CSM/PSM certification is a must.
  • Must have prior experience in managing Scrum team.
  • Well versed with Scrum ceremonies (like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review and Sprint retrospective).
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal communication.
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders).
  • Work with product owners to facilitate backlog refinement sessions.
  • Helping team in removing conflicts and obstacles that hinder the project progress.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Guide development teams to obtain higher scrum maturity.

Skill Set
-
Agile principles.
-
Scrum practices.
-
Well versed with Scrum ceremonies (like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review and Sprint retrospective).

Having worked on projects in Scrum is an advantage.
