Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and interaction details.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities.
  • Achieve set targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain professionalism and positivity during interactions with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle complaints or objections effectively and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
