    Job Description

    The purpose of this role is to provide marketing services to Go to Market (GTM) and Go to Source (GTS) to grow turnover and market share of technical products by developing marketing strategies on product life cycle management, repair concepts with product promotions and pricing.

    Business Development - Formulate marketing strategy at product assembly level and service level products.

    Pricing- Determine on Part level price change rate based on raw material index, competition & Net Price Position corridor.

    Technical Services -Part Number- Create, manage and maintain material masters for released in System Application and Product (SAP).

    Product Management- Establish Product Life Cycle by analyzing the Vehicle Parc, market research, product road map & customer analytics.

    Product Management- Develop a plan for Product promotions, product establishment in market, planning for visibility and programs.

    Annual Planning- Formulate annual planning of volumes and Turnover, for calendar financial year

    Market Intelligence- Collect and consolidate competition data and bench marking the Bosch product portfolio.

    Training & Development- Define and conduct Test Bench Benefits training to respective customers for new generation products.

    Accounting- Maintain the Gross Margins and Minimum Target Margin at Part Number Level

    Complaint Handling- Foresee complaints and customer management for products.

    Sale Administration-Monitor and Support Presales & supply activities on new generation products

    Qualifications

    MBA or Bacholare of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/ Any engineering)

    Additional Information

    Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales

    Minimum 1 years of experience in Product Pricing, Sale Target management

    Knowledge -

    Advanced knowledge in traded or commodity market marketing

    Proficient in Product Pricing, marketing communication and developing schemes for products

    Basic knowledge about the Automotive Aftermarket market and its trend

    Proficient in customer complaint and conflict management

    Functional Skills -

    Competent level of Analytical skills and data management and risk management

    Competent in networking and collecting marketing intelligence from automotive market

    Competent in MS Office, Power Point, Power BI, SAP Systems

    Ability to handle technical queries and commercial queries from customers across India and neighboring countries.

    Willingness to travel (20% travel) to perform market knowledge, intelligence and sales support activities
