Description
1. Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls to potential customers.


  • Identify and understand customer needs to effectively promote and sell our products/services.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.
  • Present pricing and terms to potential customers and negotiate agreements to close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development programs.
