Description

• To be able to source a wide variety of dry staples cereals, pulses, spices, dry fruits, flours, etc.
• Have a good base of suppliers with whom good existing relationships are there.
• Track record of sourcing on time, as per requirement of the customer in terms of specifications
• Manage healthy credit period with suppliers.
• Ability to understand customer requirement and translate into appropriate specs for the supplier
• Ability to work with primary sources, and migrate sourcing to primary points like mills, aggregators to create value.
• Ability to collaborate with other units in the organization and other regions, to achieve synergy
