Profile Introduction:


As a Store Incharge at our Pizza Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the store.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's daily activities, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing excellent customer service.

This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

Operational Management:


  • Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Customer Service:


  • Foster a customercentric environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery.

Inventory Management:


  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Place orders and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to minimize wastage.

Team Leadership:


  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Schedule and manage employee shifts.

Financial Management:


  • Monitor sales and set targets.
  • Control costs and maximize profitability.
  • Prepare financial reports for management.

  • Ensure food quality and adherence to recipes.
  • Conduct regular quality checks.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback.

Requirements:


  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
