We are currently looking for a Telesales Representative to join our team.As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, and effectively communicating the benefits to meet their needs.
Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills will play a vital role in building rapport with customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Take charge of generating new leads, reaching out to potential clients, and fostering strong relationships with existing customers. Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to effectively present their features and benefits to potential customers.
Stay updated with any product/service enhancements or modifications.Call Handling:
Manage high call volumes efficiently, ensuring professional and persuasive communication during telesales interactions. Articulate value propositions clearly to engage customers and promote interest in our offerings.
Sales Documentation:
Accurately record all relevant customer details, interactions, and sales-related information in the company's database or CRM system.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement to the management team.
Target Achievement:
Work diligently to meet or surpass sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, competitors' activities, and market trends. Utilize this information to refine sales approaches and enhance customer engagement.
