    Job Description :

    We are looking for a talented and driven Data Science Lead who specializes in Generative AI, Transformers, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance our team. In the role of a Generative AI and LLM Expert, you will be instrumental in designing and deploying advanced generative models and algorithms to tackle intricate challenges and produce superior outputs. You will work alongside a diverse group of researchers, engineers, and data scientists to pioneer new uses of generative AI across a variety of fields

    Responsibilities :

    Research and Development :

    Keep abreast of the latest trends in generative AI, such as LLMs, GPTs, GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and other pertinent technologies.

    Engage in innovative research to discover and formulate new generative models and algorithms.

    Model Development :

    Craft, build, and enhance generative models to produce realistic and varied outputs.

    Execute and refine cutting-edge generative AI architectures to meet targeted performance goals.

    Data Processing and Preparation :

    Gather, process, and organize extensive datasets needed for training generative models.

    Employ data enhancement techniques and devise strategies to manage complex data varieties and and Evaluation :

    Conduct training of generative models using suitable deep learning frameworks and tools.

    Assess model efficacy using both quantitative and qualitative measures, and refine models based on feedback and analytical :

    Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including researchers, engineers, and data scientists, to comprehend project demands, set clear objectives, and capitalize on opportunities to implement generative AI techniques. Offer technical advice and support to peers.

    Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities :

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required to address complex issues in generative AI.

    Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required. A solid foundation in deep learning, generative models, and computer vision is preferred.

    Experience :

    Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing generative models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential.

    Applicants should have proven skills in working with GPTs, GANs, VAEs, or similar generative AI techniques.

    Handling and training large-scale datasets and deep neural networks are highly valued.

    Technical Skills :

    Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, along with knowledge of relevant libraries and tools is necessary.

    Strong mathematical and statistical capabilities, especially in linear algebra and probability, are crucial.

    Experience with cloud computing environments and GPU acceleration is beneficial.
