International Voice (Technical Support)
Age: 20 years to 40 years


  • Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
  • Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
  • Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.

Communication skills:
Exceptional Spoken skills in English

Shifts:
Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)


Salary:
As per Market Standards

Job Profile:

Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers

Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.

  • Must havestrong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)

Working Days:5 days working

Weekly Offs:2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)

Transport:Home Pickup and Home Drop.

Rounds of Interview:JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.

All Interviews will happen over telephonic or Skype.
