Job Title:
Line Inspector - Manufacturing

Experience Level: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection: Perform thorough inspections on production lines to ensure product quality meets specifications and standards.

Documentation: Record inspection results, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as required.

Process Monitoring: Monitor manufacturing processes on the production line to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to communicate quality requirements and implement corrective actions.

Problem-solving: Identify and report any issues affecting product quality, and collaborate with relevant teams to find solutions.

Qualifications:

BE/ Diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications a plus.
13 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in quality inspection.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to learn and adapt to new inspection techniques.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with inspections.
Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
