Sales Representative For Biometric Attendance Devices and Related Products


Responsibilities:

Generate Sales Leads:


  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Presentations:


  • Conduct compelling product/service presentations to potential clients.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
  • Address client concerns and objections effectively.

Achieve Sales Targets:


  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to contribute to overall team success.

Market Intelligence:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market demands.

Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with [industry/niche] and understanding of customer needs in this sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
