Role:
Telecaller / Telemarketer / Phone Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to a list of potential customers or existing clients using the provided contact information.
Sales Pitch:
Present and explain the products or services offered by the company to the customers. Effectively communicate the benefits and features to generate interest and potential sales.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling or warm leads provided by marketing campaigns or inquiries.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers in a courteous, professional, and persuasive manner to build rapport and establish a positive relationship.
Respond to Inquiries:
Address customer inquiries, questions, and concerns about products or services. Provide accurate and helpful information to potential customers.
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all telephonic interactions, including call logs, customer details, and outcomes.
Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed sales and lead generation targets set by the company.
Follow-Up Calls:
Conduct follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest or requested more information in previous interactions.
Objection Handling:
Address and overcome customer objections effectively to move the sales process forward.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services and be able to explain them clearly to potential customers.
Feedback and Reporting:
Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improving sales and marketing efforts.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during telecalling activities.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
