Description

• Meeting the assigned targets in terms of onboarding new creators and content generation for the product
• Develop, implement, and maintain a watertight payment structure for all onboarded streamers
• Develop regular insights to pinpoint the best-performing and worst-performing creators on a regular basis
• Stay on top of the app's product metrics to improve the quality and engagement of all onboarded creators
• Maintain a constant chain of feedback with onboarded creators and work on it in terms of actionable items
• Devise regular goalposts and targets for all onboarded creators
• Identify and report streamers and content creators in terms of the engagement generated on their content, on a regular basis.
