Job Summary

Position Purpose:
Responsible for all kitchen operations of the Unit.


Key Competencies:
Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.


Having an eye for detail and creativity to look at things differently will be a key to developing the Food and Beverage Experience.

3 years Degree/Diploma in Catering & Food Production
Minimum 14 to 18 years rich experience in the related field (Indian, Continental & Arabic cuisines)

Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.


Able to handle the areas like people management, wastage control and cost management, Systems implementation and environment safety and quality etc.

(Salary will be commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the menu recipes rotation for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and special events
− Preparation, Presentation & Standardization of recipes
− Plan and supervise the daily preparation of dishes according to the prescribedrecipes; ensure that each item is made exactly as per the recipe and thequality and quantity is consistent every time
− Consistently maintain standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavour offoods
− Develop new ideas for promotions, food festivals and other special events− Inventory & Cost Control & Profitability
− Responsible for monitoring the daily raw material indent
− Ensure that all the processes and checklists are followed and maintainedaccurately on a daily basis
− Ensure that the goods are stored as per the laid down norms of the company− Ensure that safety and hygiene policy is strictly followed at the site
− Training the kitchen staff

  • Spearheading and controlling activities related to purchase, store, food, cost,portion, budget, kitchen organization and kitchen equipment Schedule.
Must have experience in launching Indian kitchen and made arrangement for
Indian spices & party− Rich experience in the related field (Indian & continental cuisines)− Achievement Oriented− Innovative Thinker− Customer Service Orientation− Interpersonal Skills− Attention to Details− Team Working & Collaborative− Process Oriented− Assertive


Salary:
₹600,000.00 to ₹800,000.00 /year


Salary:
₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
