Pursuing Graduation( 3rd Year Preferable) || Fluent in English

  • Reaching out to prospective clients (Restaurants), creating suitable offers and signup of new merchants to increase the subscriber base and maintain a healthy flow of business
  • Registration and onboarding of new merchants, including documentation/ verification/ enrolment/ Payments and compete online registration process
  • Responsible for being a point of contact for servicing requirements and service fulfilment for newly acquired merchants during the onboarding stage.
  • Conducting handholding and training sessions with the merchant and their representatives to ensure that the transition of the merchant from their existing system to our system is hasslefree and convenient.
  • Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service for both existing and newly acquired clients

Job Type:

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹2, ₹4,500.00 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Flexible shift

  • Up to 70% travel
