Description
Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.

Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their queries and concerns.

Identifying customer needs and recommending the appropriate products or services.

Updating customer information and sales leads in the company's database.

Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.

Developing and maintaining a good rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Working closely with the sales team to achieve company objectives.

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
