Position Based at :
Coimbatore/Bangalore

Job Responsibilities-

As Project Coordinator, you will coordinate the refurbishment works for creating ergonomic workstations in your assigned region, by coordinating with layout designers, refurbishment contractors, Civil MEP, Air-conditioning contractors, branding and signage vendors and facility management vendors.

Coordinating with the layout designers from the contractors or design vendors
Support in Making layout designs (at least basic designs) as per the clients requirement in coordination with Sales department
Involve in vendor selection process
Manage the project using professional project management tools
Ensure the timely completion of the projects as per the delivery timelines
Manage the service contracts and ensure the deliverables and quality

Requirements/ skills preferred

Basic Qualification : BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Desirable qualifications : PMP certification or any Post Degree/Diploma courses in interior designing, CADD, Project Management.
Knowledge in Architectural, Interior works and Civil MEP Engineering execution.
Dynamic with good communication skills (Apart from English, multiple South Indian languages and Hindi).
Ready to travel and vibrant.
Good flair of aesthetics, logical and analytical skills
Ambitious to grow and loyal.

Salary:
₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
