    Description

    Position Overview:

    The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating complex graphics, animation, and video edits for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, handheld electronic devices, web, and television, among others. The ideal candidate will have strong visual and creative skills and the ability to transform scripts and concepts into dynamic visual content. This role requires collaboration with other designers, editors, content writers, and creative professionals to create compelling and cohesive content that aligns with the client's vision and expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and create visually pleasing and industry standard motion graphics for video deliverables (social media creatives and advertisements, occasional corporate videos)
    • Work with client and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
    • Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
    • Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
    • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
    • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative thinking.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
    • An eye for design and aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate and pitch design concepts to peers and executive level stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing is a plus.

    Salary

    Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000
