As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for:

Support Recruiters in maintaining the recruitment systems (Workday and PhenomPeople) accurately and ensuring total data integrity
Ensuring total compliance with recruiting/hiring policies and procedures
Ensuring Diversity and Inclusive is at the forefront of recruitment practices

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Completed a degree and a minimum 12 months sourcing experience
Proficient with the use of various external databases.
Have working knowledge of the oilfield and energy technology sector.
Be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
Professional communication and selfpresentation
Welldeveloped organization skills with excellent attention to detail
A flexible approach and high commitment to teamwork
