Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our medical devices and achieve company objectives.
  • Generate leads, identify potential customers, and actively engage in the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of accountability and initiative.
  • Knowledge of medical devices regulations and industry trends is highly desirable.

Pay:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
