Responsibilities**- Strengthen the brand language of Plush along with the internal team and external agency with incredible attention to craft and detail

Own customercentric social campaigns to help grow mentions and harness brand evangelists
Track all usergenerated content and document memorable interactions to build a robust content library
Thorough understanding of brand guidelines and how to use them

*Skills & Requirements**- 1-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing first-hand at an early stage consumer brand

Ability to be selfsufficient and juggle many different types of projects on different timelines, with independent timemanagement skills
Ability to lead a small team of likeminded creative professionals
Ability to professionally work through change orders, differences of opinion and creative disagreements
Extremely good visual and content conceptualisation skills

Salary:
