Job Overview:


Education: 12th Pass, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, life sciences, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our medical team as a Clinical Scribe.

The Clinical Scribe will work closely with healthcare professionals to document patient encounters in real-time, ensuring accurate and comprehensive medical records.

This role requires strong multitasking skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.


Responsibilities:


Real-time Documentation:Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters in electronic health records (EHR) during medical examinations and procedures.
Capture relevant information such as patient history, physical exams, diagnostic results, treatment plans, and physician-patient conversations.


Medical Terminology:
Possess a comprehensive understanding of medical terminology to accurately transcribe and document medical information.


Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure thorough and precise documentation.
Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to obtain additional information and clarification.


Data Entry and Record Management:
Enter and update patient information into the electronic health records system in a timely manner.
Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records.


Confidentiality:
Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and regulations, ensuring the security of patient information.


Efficiency and Accuracy:
Work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy in documentation.


Quality Assurance:
Participate in regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records.


Qualifications:


Education: 12th, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, life sciences, etc.) or equivalent work experience.


Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.


Skills:
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to different clinical settings and specialties.


Technology:
Proficient in the use of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record software.
