About thejob


Keyresponsibilities:
Managingclients in his/her portfolio with respect to understanding theirdebt requirement working
towardsfulfilling the same via platform using multiple products likeColending NCDs Termloans
Securitizationetc.
Onboard and run coverage ofIssuers in the Financial Servicesdomain.
Liaise and help structurefinancial products for the financial services clients understandendtoend
business models of theoriginator act as a facilitator and close the deal end toend.
Drive legalnegotiation/documentation with funding counterparties alongsidecounsel along with the
executionand structuring team
Partnercrossfunctionally with our Product Legal and Risk teams to designproducts specific to
situationsunderstand the credit profile of clients to pitch bespoke deals toinvestors close deals and
optimisetactics as they relate to capitalmarkets.
Assist in creatingproduct roadmap and strategy in collaboration with other teams liketech andproduct

Requirements
Possess 3 8 years of relevant experience in business developmentpartnership management and
otherrelevant experience.
We arelooking for candidates with expertise in managing relationshipswith the investors onthe
platform.
Be brilliant with numbers analysing financial statementsinterpreting data and solvingproblems.

Qualifications:
CA /MBA from a Top institute in thecountry

Certification:
CA/CFA/FRMwill be given a preference.
Understanding of products like NCDs PTCs Direct AssignmentsColending and Loans.
Has a strongcontext of building and managing business relationships iscomfortable across various
levelsof an organisation (CXOs toanalysts)
Be the bridge betweenthe investors and internal teams to drive the dealclosures.
Ability to work in afastpaced dynamic environment.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working acrossteams.

Excellentleadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solvingabilities and the capacity to handle challenging customersituations. Exceptional communication skills, both written andverbal. Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and makedata-driven decisions. Proficient in customer support software andtools. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for deliveringoutstanding service.
