    Description
    Sr JavaDeveloper Positions: 2 5 yrs Summary: The SeniorDeveloper is responsible for the design development and maintenanceof complex web applications and microservices using Spring boot andAzure technologies. The Senior Developer will collaborate withcrossfunctional teams participate in architectural design and driveinnovation to deliver highquality and scalable solutions. Roles andResponsibilities:
    • Development:
    • Develop highquality scalable and maintainableweb applications using Spring boot microservices and Azuretechnologies.
    • Implement APIs services and workflows usingAzure DBs API Gateway and other microservices technologies.
    • Write cleanwelldocumented and reusable code using industry best practices andstandards.
    • Ensurecode quality testability and maintainability through unit testingintegration testing and continuous integration and deploymentpractices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ina timely and effective manner.
    • Architecture andDesign:
    • Participate in the architectural design andreview process for new and existing systems.
    • Provide technicalexpertise in designing and implementing microservices architecturesincluding best practices for scalability security and performance.
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to identify business requirements and designsolutions that align with organizational goals.
    • Ensure thatsolutions adhere to established coding standards architectures anddevelopment methodologies.
    • ContinuousImprovement:
    • Continuously identify and evaluatenew technologies frameworks and methodologies that can improve thedevelopment process and enhance the quality of solutions.
    • Proactively suggestand implement improvements to the existing codebase and developmentprocesses.
    • Shareknowledge and expertise with team members through mentorshiptraining and knowledge sharing sessions.
    • Communicationand Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including product owners designers quality assuranceengineers and other developers to deliver highquality solutions.
    • Communicatetechnical issues project status and progress to stakeholders andmanagement.
    • Activelyparticipate in team meetings standups and other projectrelateddiscussions
    Skills andQualifications:
    • 58 years of experience as a Java Developerwith strong design implement and maintain Javabased applicationsthat can be highvolume and lowlatency.
    • Strong knowledge of Java languages and webdevelopment frameworks like Spring Hibernate andStruts.
    • Experiencewith microservices architecture & RESTful APIs
    • Strong understandingof microservices architecture patterns and design principles
    • Familiarity withcontainerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
    • Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skillsto work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Experience withAgile software development methodologies.
    • Expertise in developing web applicationsusing frontend technologies (HTML CSS andJavaScript).
    • GoodExperience in working with PubSub model integrations (i.e. KafkaRabbit MQ etc)
    • Working knowledge of database technologies(SQL etc).
    • Experiencewith IT project management methodologies such as Agile orScrum.
    • Familiaritywith cloud technologies (AWS Azure or GoogleCloud)
