Job Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Cold Calling:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers who have shown interest in real estate.

Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and preferences.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of our paid real estate products.


Sales Pitch Delivery:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our premium real estate products.

Present compelling reasons for customers to upgrade from free services to paid subscriptions.

Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and concerns of individual prospects.


Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through active engagement.

Conduct face-to-face client meetings to further discuss premium real estate offerings.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the real estate market and our products.


Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest developments in the real estate industry.

Continuously update knowledge about our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.

Provide detailed product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of premium offerings.


Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the sales manager.


Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Generate detailed reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and lead quality.

Submit regular reports to management on sales activities and outcomes.


Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to assist in product development.


Customer Feedback:
Collect customer feedback on products and services to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.


Salary:
₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month
