LSD Productions is seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support the client relations department.As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and logístical support to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Your role will involve coordinating meetings, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various client-related tasks.Responsibilities:
Client Relations Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professional and positive relationships.
Respond to client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information.
Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and events, both onsite and offsite.
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars and schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments for the client relations team.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as required.
Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and proposals.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while addressing client queries and concerns.
Prepare and distribute client-related communications, such as newsletters and announcements.
Relationship Management:
Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the client relations team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or challenges promptly.
Contribute to the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
Team Support:
Assist the client relations team in various tasks, such as preparing client presentations and reports.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Provide support during client events, including organizing logistics and handling on-site arrangements.
Help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the client relations department.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- A proactive and selfmotivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
