    Overview:

    As aSenior Resident in the medical field you will play a crucial rolein providing specialized medical care and overseeing the trainingand supervision of junior medical staff. Your contribution topatient care diagnosis and treatment planning will be vital to thesuccess of our medical facility in Bhopal.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Provide specializedmedical care to patients
    • Supervise and trainjunior medical staff
    • Participate in patientdiagnosis and treatment planning
    • Conductmedical rounds and provide reports to senior medicalprofessionals
    • Participate in medical outreachand community health programs
    • Contribute tomedical research and publications
    • Ensurecompliance with medical and ethicalstandards
    • Handle medical emergencies andprovide timely interventions
    • Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patientcare
    • Conduct medical education and trainingsessions

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Medical degree (MBBS)from a recognized institution
    • Postgraduatequalification (MD/MS/DNB) in a relevantspecialty
    • Valid medical license to practice inBhopal
    • Minimum 5 years of experience inclinical practice
    • Demonstrated proficiency inmedical procedures and patient care
    • Strongleadership and mentoring skills
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Abilityto work collaboratively in a multidisciplinaryteam
    • Indepth knowledge of medical ethics andlegal regulations
    • Proven track record inmedical research and publications
    • Proficiencyin medical record management systems
    • Commitmentto continuous learning and professionaldevelopment
