Description

Responsibilities of a nurse include:

  • Under guidance of the COC/CEO Coordinate with Operations Manager, and if required in coordination with other Saathease colleagues
  • Nurses, Physiotherapists, Associates as practicable, deliver an ondemand assistance to clients for their selfcare, social and health needs
  • Maintaining care for all patients during their shift
  • Recognising the change in a patient's health conditions, responding appropriately and reporting at the level as dictated by the patient's health condition.
  • Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs
  • Promoting wellbeing by educating patients on selfcare techniques
  • Consulting with doctors and other medical staff to determine the optimal treatment plan
  • Administering overthecounter and nonintravenous medications
  • Changing dressings of the wounds
  • Nurturing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to the patient and their family members
  • Operating medical equipment independently and with accuracy. If required, demanding to be trained in handling a particular equipment.
  • Ensure complete documentation of the Patient viz initial assessment form, Vitals, investigations, disposable sheet and Medication chart in consultation with the Doctor(s).
  • Adhere to the highest standard of professional conduct; be courteous and respectful to the clients and customers.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, ethical and moral standards.
  • Travel between various customer locations delivering required support and services in coordination with Operations Manager and the clients.
  • Maintain service and time sheets, log service details in the service app.
  • Any other responsibilities, as assigned by Saathease Management, from time to time, as per the capabilities and performance of the Employee
**Minimum Qualification required

  • Bsc. Nursing/ GNM Nursing****Minimum Nursing Experience
  • 1 to 3 years**
    Salary: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
