Key Responsibilities / Tasks:


  • Manage individual project or task priorities, deadlines and deliverables etc.
  • Continuous improvement and planning
  • Support the PO, Tech Analyst and Scrum Master
  • Bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, largescale system design, networking and data
  • Directly interact with a broad spectrum of stakeholders in multiple regions
  • Liaise with other technical areas, conducting technology research, and evaluating software required for maintaining the development environment
  • Accountable for TRM compliances and Responsible for VRM as and when required

Competencies & Experience:


  • Very good in communicating and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and efficient way and excellent English skills
  • Able to install and configure DevOps tools
  • Able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities of delivery
  • Willing to collaborate across domains and regions, for efficiency in technology sharing and reuse
  • Ability to research and become proficient in new technologies

Professional Experience & Skills:


  • Proven and Hands on experience developing software solutions in Java in a collaborative environment
  • Solid experience in Java, Java related technologies (for Frontend and middle layer) and Oracle (for backend) development
  • Experience in DevOps configuration management tools
  • Experience with tooling across the

SDLC:
Sonar, Crucible, J I RA, H P ALM, Confluence, Artifactory, Teamcity, Git/BitBucket etc.)

  • Solid experience in regards of observability i.e. monitoring, logging, tracing, etc.
  • Experience with Web (Apache), Application Servers (Tomcat) and database (Oracle, SQL/PL-SQL)
  • Experience or knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Experience or Knowledge on job scheduling tools (tools like ControlM, Zena, Tivoli)
  • Problem solving skills, ability to dive deep to find the root of the problem
