We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Website Quality Assurance Tester to join our team.

As a Website QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and overall quality of our websites.

You will work closely with our development and design teams to identify and address issues, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.


Responsibilities:


Test Planning:

Develop comprehensive test plans based on project specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and user stories.


Test Execution:

Execute test cases to identify bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies in website functionality.
Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure issues are addressed and new features integrate seamlessly.


Issue Documentation:

Document and prioritize identified issues with clear and concise details, including steps to reproduce.
Work closely with developers to communicate bugs and provide necessary information for resolution.


Test Automation:

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts to streamline repetitive testing processes.


Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Testing:

Perform rigorous testing across various browsers, devices, and platforms to ensure consistent performance.


Performance Testing:

Evaluate website performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal loading times.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to foster a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle.


Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in website testing.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Website QA Tester or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
  • Familiarity with testing tools, bug tracking systems, and test automation frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases.
  • Proficient in crossbrowser and crossplatform testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detailoriented with a passion for delivering highquality websites.
