The Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

They are responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and representing the company in a professional and positive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Processing orders, modifications, and escalations
  • Building rapport and establishing positive relationships with customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize and understand customer needs
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle various customer situations
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Good typing and data entry skills
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to customer care
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all interactions

Salary:
₹9, ₹25,000.00 per month
