The Position:


Key Responsibilities:


Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop and implement standardised processes.
  • Work with key stakeholders from each department to prepare documentation to give clear alignment, transparency and visibility of company processes.
  • Develop and deliver training to employees to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their job responsibilities effectively.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that operational changes are communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Work with our business intelligence team to create systems and dashboards to visualise KPIs.
  • Connect the various software tools that make up our operational stack to create an automated enterprise architecture to increase operational efficiency.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas of inefficiency and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of issues and develop solutions to address them.

Coverage & Capabilities

  • Support the Coverage and Capabilities with our geographical expansion.
  • Acquire identity document samples.
  • Conduct desktop research with data integration partners.
  • Maintain the Coverage & Capabilities Airtable where we store and visualise our capabilities.

You should have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations or process improvement.
  • Highly experienced in the use of operational and marketing SaaS tools such, Airtable, Hubspot, Trello, Miro, Coda and Xero.
  • Highly experienced in data flow automation using tools such as Zapier and Make.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Be passionate about process improvement and operational excellence.

You should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, along with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify and address complex problems.

Experience working in a regulated environment will also be beneficial.
