    This entity is a leadingrenewable energy company in Asia providing solar power solutions toover 170 clients across India the Middle East North Africa andSouth East Asia. It is known for pioneering the Energy Sale modelin rooftop solar in 2011. The company has successfully installedover 500 projects for more than 150 companies. It is alsorecognized for its commitment to the environment technology andtimely delivery. The company s plant at Danube in Dubai has acapacity of 1.2MWp which results in a CO2 abatement of 845 tons perannum. The company is backed by marquee institutional investorslike Augment Infrastructure a USbased fund manager DanishInvestment Fund (IFU) and UK Climate Investments (UKCI) a jointventure between the Green Investment Group and the UK Government sDepartment for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy.

    Location: Mumbai

    Roles& Responsibility:

    • Manage payment of interest on a monthly basis and loanson a quarterly basis.
    • Coordinate with bankersand lenders for the execution of various financial transactions incompliance with escrow agreements.
    • Investsurplus funds in fixed deposits and ensure timelymaturity.
    • Maintain accurate accountingrecords for interest loans and fixed deposits.
    • Monitor and manage charges related (LC) (BG) and (LOC) inalignment with respective sanctions.
    • Assistin providing data and information for internal external audits anddue diligence processes.
    • Collaborate with thefinance team by providing necessary data and information to supporttheir activities as needed.

    Skills& Competencies:

    • Sound withaccounting Knowledge and transaction level entries
    • Knowledge of Banking and Escrow Transactions
    • Well versed with MS office Specially Excel andWord
    • Good in communication
