Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales of banking products and services.

Your primary goal will be to acquire new customers, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.


Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

  • Sales Presentation: Conduct engaging and persuasive product presentations to potential customers, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and value propositions of our banking products.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers to understand their needs, address enquiries, and provide customized solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Engage in effective sales negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our banking products, staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products in the marketplace.

Requirements:


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and build rapport with customers.
  • Experience: Proven track record in field sales, in the banking or financial services sector (preferred)
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products, such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and insurance, as well as knowledge of sales techniques and processes.
  • Target-Driven: Resultsoriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain longterm customer relationships.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problemsolving skills, adaptability, and the ability to think on your feet to address customer enquiries and objections.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly selfmotivated and able to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
