    Description

    Title : Disaster Recovery - Senior Analyst

    Experience : 8+ Years

    Location : Bangalore

    Notice period : Immediate to 30 Days Max

    Mandatory Skills : Disaster Recovery, Planning/Implementation, Compliance/Policies/Procedure, ServiceNow, DRCS/ ITIL V3 Certifications

    Job Description :

    • Strong experience in understanding, defining, planning, implementing policies and procedure of Disaster Recovery (DR) in the event of Disaster or DR exercise.
    • Review all existing DR plans to ensure they are up to date, all process and procedure steps are validated with the correct technical resources
    • Evaluate current processes and procedures for inefficiencies and make improvement recommendations.
    • Work with Application, Infra teams and vendors to determine recoverability options meeting business requirements, DR design, planning and implementation.
    • Work with Application/business stake holders to define RPO and RTO for the business-critical applications.
    • Reporting DR compliance - Train teams, DR test results, deviations to DR readiness to senior management
    • Facilitate meetings, involving individual contributors, as well as Leadership without support and instruction from others.
    • Recommend recovery strategies and options and assist with the implementation of recovery solutions.
    • Follow the DR validation/testing procedure and document the DR evidence.
    Qualification :
    • 10+ Experience as a IT Technical Lead
    • Bachelors of Degree in Information Technology
    • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and Presentation skills.
    • Strong experience in Microsoft office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project plan and others)
    • Exposure on ServiceNow, RSA eGRC tools
    • Disaster Recovery Certified Specialist (DRCS) and ITIL V3 and above
    • Basic exposure on Operating Systems, Networking, Protocols, Databases, Java/.Net/Mainframe applications, and Hardware
    • Understand high level system architecture.
