Description
Need to Conduct market research and gather information to articulately propose ideas to improve services and event quality.Handling Speaker Management for conferences, summits and corporate events.
Collaborating for work with Sales, Marketing and PR departments to promote and publicize events.
Follow-through and have conducted pre-and post-event evaluations, reporting on the outcomes.
Identifying event opportunities, understanding the market, and generating interest for upcoming projects.
Analysis of past year's event feedback, the audience, financials and the competitor and pull together the findings in a digestible manner to support the direction of the event.
Presented market research in a clear and succinct way to support the validity of the key themes, topics, title, timing, price point and location of the pan India events.
Managing all the content sessions, draft event briefs and guiding the events team so that the event is delivered to the expectation of the audience, speakers and sponsors.
Have been proactive in approach during handling issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems on the event day.
Planned and executed jury meetings for big events/ award shows
Salary:
₹298, ₹1,094,066.71 per year
